Pelican Landing Marina is an angler and aquatic resort. Located in Key West on Garrison Bight in historic Old Town, Pelican Landing offers the perfect vacation site for fishing, diving, snorkeling, and lobstering. The marina with 16 boat slips will dock your boat up to 35' with a 12-foot beam. Subtropic Dive Center is next door featuring diving certificate courses and snorkeling trips. Have an aquatic adventure with daily trips to the coral reef, sunken wreck dives, and night diving for both the novice and expert diver.
If you need a boat, go fishing anyway! We will reserve you a charter boat to experience fishing fun for sailfish, marlin, dolphin, kingfish, or flats fishing guide for tarpon, snook, and permit, with a professional guide. The large heated pool overlooks the marina. Tennis courts are a block away. Ride your bicycle/moped or walk to famous Duval Stree or to the historic seaport.
These luxury suites are one, two, three and four bedroom condominiums. They all have access to wireless internet. They each have either king or queen beds (most have both) and sleeper sofas. Each suite opens onto a veranda and overlooks the water. The suites can easily accommodate from two to twelve guests. Cook your fish in the fully equipped kitchen or grill outside by the pool. Drink your morning coffee on the private balconies as the sun rises over the fishing boats in the harbor! Bring your whole family, your boat and pets are welcome too!

Rates: Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a non-refundable $25.00 reservation fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates do apply during Holiday Periods and/or Special Events.
Deposit: Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation: Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee and $25 reservation fee, upon 30-60 days notice (whichever applies). Deposit is non-refundable if within 30-60 days of arrival date (whichever applies).
Payment: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person: Add $25 per person per night. Rollaway beds available for $25 per night plus tax. Cribs available for $20 per night plus tax.
Pet Fee: Pets are welcome in most units. Inquire at the office to which units accommodate pets. Add $20 per pet per night plus tax.
Concierge and Special Services: Our staff provides concierge services to meet all your needs including discount tickets to tourist attractions, fishing or diving trips, catered meals, shopping and more. Contact the office for special needs and other concierge services.
No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
